Hi! I’m Aimie—with a decade of Pilates practice and three years as an instructor (A certified Reformer instructor from Balanced Body). My focus is quality of movement and teaching students how to apply foundational principles to client practice and class development.

Hey there! I’m Charmvarine Soontreeviratakul, but you can call me Charmy. I’m a STOTT PILATES Reformer Level 1 certified instructor, trained in both classical and contemporary Pilates—and I absolutely love what I do!

My journey began with a degree in Physical Education, majoring in golf, and a minor in Exercise Prescription, where I was first introduced to Golf Pilates in 2013. That pivotal moment sparked my passion for understanding the human body and refining movement patterns for efficiency and longevity.

Hi! My name is Gift. I enjoy life and all it has to offer. I completed my teacher training programs in India and Bangkok which had me inspired and fell in love with attention to body alignment, approaches to movement and breathwork. The positive therapeutic effects in my daily practice and Yoga philosophy have brought me joy and balance of body, mind and life and that is what I want to share with my students. My general love of movement combines mindful stretching and powerful poses. You can expect a sweaty fun experience from my class.
