Hi! My name is Gift. I enjoy life and all it has to offer. I completed my teacher training programs in India and Bangkok which had me inspired and fell in love with attention to body alignment, approaches to movement and breathwork.

The positive therapeutic effects in my daily practice and Yoga philosophy have brought me joy and balance of body, mind and life and that is what I want to share with my students.

My general love of movement combines mindful stretching and powerful poses. You can expect a sweaty fun experience from my class.
