With over 12 years of experience, I specialize in mindful movement, precision, and control, helping clients build strength, mobility, and balance through a scientific and intentional approach to Pilates. My journey began with a degree in Physical Education, majoring in golf, and a minor in Exercise Prescription, where I was first introduced to Golf Pilates in 2013. That pivotal moment sparked my passion for understanding the human body and refining movement patterns for efficiency and longevity.
My expertise extends beyond Pilates, encompassing certifications in Gyrokinesis, Sports Mental Coaching, Aroma Coaching, Strength Coaching, Sports Massage, Barre, Contemporary Pilates, and Classical Pilates. This diverse background allows me to integrate biomechanics, functional training, and neuromuscular conditioning into my teaching, ensuring each session is tailored to enhance body awareness, refine movement efficiency, and develop deep core control.
Currently based in Bangkok, Thailand, I offer private (1:1) and group sessions, focusing on precision and mindful execution.
