Hi! I’m Aimie—with a decade of Pilates practice and three years as an instructor (A certified Reformer instructor from Balanced Body). My focus is quality of movement and teaching students how to apply foundational principles to client practice and class development.

She is the Co-Founder and Instructor at Formalab Bangkok—a leading studio specializing in Pilates and functional training and home to the one and only Xformer Machine. Hey there! I’m Charmvarine Soontreeviratakul, but you can call me Charmy. I’m a STOTT PILATES Reformer Level 1 certified instructor, trained in both classical and contemporary Pilates—and I absolutely love what I do!

Known for my kindness and fun approach, I create an encouraging environment that keeps clients motivated and engaged. Hi, I’m Gift, but most people call me “Muz.” I’m passionate about cycling and Pilates, and I love to blend the strength and precision of Pilates into various sports to boost performance and keep injuries at bay.

With over 12 years of experience, I specialize in mindful movement, precision, and control, helping clients build strength, mobility, and balance through a scientific and intentional approach to Pilates. My journey began with a degree in Physical Education, majoring in golf, and a minor in Exercise Prescription, where I was first introduced to Golf Pilates in 2013. That pivotal moment sparked my passion for understanding the human body and refining movement patterns for efficiency and longevity.

My journey with yoga began in 2010, evolving from a focus on personal physical health to a professional path. I've had the privilege of teaching thousands of students from all over the world and I enjoy helping people discover yoga's benefits. pilates, and barre exercises.

I’m AOMLETTE, a passionate Pilates instructor who believes movement is more than exercise—it’s a way to reconnect with yourself. My greatest joy is seeing my clients fall in love with themselves, grow in confidence, and truly enjoy every workout. I aim to create an uplifting space where each class feels both empowering and enjoyable, helping you move not just with strength, but with self-love.

I’m VEEDA, a Pilates instructor known for turning up the heat in every class Nothing makes me prouder than hearing my clients screaming (in a good way!) as they push past their limits, discover new strength, and surprise themselves with what they can do. I love challenging both the body and the mind—always with a smile, a little sass, and a lot of support. In my class, expect to sweat, shake… and still leave feeling stronger, prouder, and maybe just a little obsessed.
